Customer experience is about knowing the customer so detail that organizations can deliver the personalized experiences with increased features and improved performance. To ensure enhanced customer experience, Organizations are much concerned about the time-to-market pressures. Performance parameters like speed, scalability, stability, availability are the most important factors for better customer experience. So, performance testing becomes very crucial every time application goes live. Continuous performance testing in your SDLC confirms that. However, it’s not covered in all the aspects. Comprehensive continuous performance testing is a superlative solution for greater customer experience which covers both shift-left and shift-right performance testing approach.
Comprehensive Continuous Performance Testing is an ongoing activity which started from requirement gathering and continues till post deployment. This article will assist us to know the values that can bring Comprehensive Continuous Performance Testing, how it assists in Enhanced Customer Experience and how to implement this inside any organization irrespective of methodologies.

He hails from Kolkata, India and is currently living in Webster, NY, USA. He is having 12+ years of managing E2E performance testing delivery experience in different types of applications- Citrix, Oracle Apps, Siebel, SAP, .Net, Java, Middleware, RMI Java, RTE, Web, Web Service etc. and domain expertise include Automobile, Telecom, Document Solutions, Education, Assurance, Aviation, Retail & Hospitality, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance etc. He has a keen interest in reading and writing different technical papers. He has worked across the globe as performance tester, performance test lead and now working as Performance Test Manager in ATOS Consulting- NAO.
